Question: How can the task be turned into a zany roller coaster ride?
Hypothesis: If you use random items like craft sticks, paper towel tubes, bouncy balls, and race cars maybe you can create a machine that can ring a bell.
Experiment: Team up with your friends to create the ultimate Rube Goldberg Machine.
Conclusion: CRAZY MESSY FUN!!

There is a lot of S.T.E.A.M when it comes to tea, or Camellia Sinensis as it is also known.  Science will rule as we explore everything from tea origin, leaves, and buds, caffeine content, health benefits, and drying process.  Technology and Engineering will make an appearance as carefully created teas such as the wondrous Pu'erh will be discussed.  You'll see that in Japan, tea has simply been elevated to an Art form.  You'll learn that even Math plays a part when it comes to aging and steeping tea leaves.  Come explore the many aspects of S.T.E.A.M as it relates to Camellia Sinensis with Old Town Spice & Tea Merchants.
